Hmmmmm no refund or exchange at Waitrose for the wrong size 5 nappies. Was suppose to get Pampers easy up not Huggies Little Walkers. Like there is a difference but THE ONE THAT RULES begs to differ. Apparently due to health and safety Waitrose cannot take back baby goods. That's not what it says on the receipt. But with no one in customer services and only 2 bored teenagers working at the tills I hightailed it out of there. If I had any sort of backbone I would immediately withdraw my custom from all John lewis stores, but I haven't. So there. I would shop in Tesco's ( it's closer to where I live) but it seems to be stuffed full of the audience out of X-factor. Christ its depressing in there, mind you the Aldi demographic makes Tesco look like Fortnum and Mason. I deserve better!!
